Shipping Policy

Due to high demand all products are shipped within 14 business days. Business days are from Wednesday- Saturday. Please allow up to 14 business days before reaching out to customer service. In the event you have not received tracking information within 14 business days please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note custom wigs may take longer than 14 business days to be shipped. If you have a custom order please check in with Tye Mack directly for estimated shipping dates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products returns and exchanges are not offered. If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us asap.
