  • How can I book an appointment?

  • Do you provide services for children?
    We're excited to say we are now servicing children. Please note, styles may take awhile to complete. Please make sure your child is able to handle sitting for long periods of time before booking an appointment.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    At this time we accept all major debit and credit cards, apple pay, and offline arrangements.
  • How will deposits and fees be made?
    Upon booking your appointment, your deposit will be due. For appointments outside of our calendar please contact Tye Mack directly. All additional fees will be handled by Tye Mack ONLY. If someone is trying to take payments on behalf of Hairapy, please contact us ASAP!
  • What are your covid regulations?
    Please note, all clients must enter the haven by removing their shoes at the door, having a facial mask, and sanitized hands. Please leave all unnecessary items in your car. No additional guests are allowed at this time.
  • What are your cancellation policies?
    All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are given if there is an error on our end. Please plan your visit accordingly. Please note our staff works hard to accommodate all clients. In the event you don't confirm your appointment within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given. We value your time and ours too. Please make the effort to respond to our messages or reach out to us the day before your appointment if anything changes.
